Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the toEvents platform, including the dashboard at dash.to.events, ExpoKit at build.to.events, and any related services (collectively, “toEvents”). toEvents is a product of ePark. By creating a workspace or signing in with an invite, you agree to these terms.

2. Workspaces & data ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload, including registration information, exhibitor records, and uploaded files. We process this data solely to deliver the service. You may export your data at any time in CSV/XLSX or via our public API.

3. Acceptable use

• You will not use toEvents to host events that violate applicable law in the venue’s jurisdiction.
• You will not use the platform to send unsolicited bulk email outside the context of an event you’re managing.
• You will not attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape other workspaces, or interfere with other tenants.

4. Payments

Paid plans are charged per attendee registration. Payments are processed by our payment partners (Stripe / PayPal / Alipay), each subject to their own terms. toEvents does not store full credit card numbers.

5. Service availability

We target 99.99% availability on our edge platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, where required, is announced in advance through the dashboard.

6. Termination

You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend a workspace that violates section 3, with notice and an opportunity to remediate where reasonable.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, toEvents is not liable for consequential or indirect damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to toEvents in the twelve months preceding the claim.
