Where it started

toEvents started as one team's frustration with running a regional trade expo on three different SaaS tools and a stack of Google Sheets. Every system had its own login, its own export format, its own opinions about how a deposit should work.

So we wrote our own. The first version ran a single show end-to-end — registrations, exhibitors, deposits, on-site check-in. Then a second show. Then a third. Each time the platform got sharper, the spreadsheets disappeared a little more.

Today toEvents is a real product, designed for the way events are actually run. It's built and operated by ePark — and stays the way we wish ours had been.
